Teletrac® training specialists conduct weekly interactive, Web-based training, that any Teletrac® customer can attend, at any time. Multiple customers participate via a PC for viewing and call in to a dedicated conference call number. Each course is approximately 60 minutes in length. Topics are pre-scheduled, and include online Q&A. Courses currently available are for a typical user level (drivers) and administrator level (dispatch). Each course is offered every week.
