Stay Compliant And Up-To-Date With The DVIR Exception Report*

With the DVIR Exception Report, managers can easily track missed daily vehicle inspections for their fleet. Each report shows a history of drivers who missed an inspection report, along with a time-stamp and status for each incident, allowing managers to improve driver and vehicle safety.

How it works:
Click on the Reports Tab. Select the report from the Side Menu list and a time frame, in addition to selecting the vehicles you want to view. Run the report. The DVIR Exception Report quickly lists the names of the drivers who missed an inspection on a particular day, including the vehicles missed.

*Available only for Fleet Director accounts with HOS. For accurate reporting, drivers must log in and out of Fleet Director's HOS Solution on a daily basis.

RAW Export Option Now Available With Additional Reports

Fleet Director’s RAW Export feature in the Reports Tab can now be used with the following reports:

·        Vehicle Service

·        Detailed Stops and Mileage

·        Detailed Stops and Mileage By Driver

·        Sub-Fleet List

Other reports include Detailed by Driver, Idle Time, Vehicle Diagnostic and Vehicle List.

RAW Export is an advanced tool that enables users with the ability to transport and organize report data into an Excel file without formatting.

How it works:

In the Reports Tab, select a report and use the Raw Export option from the toolbar to extract information. The data is instantly organized into columns, making it quick and easy to sort, filter and perform operations within Excel.

How to use RAW Export:

Choose a selected report from the Reports Tab. Select the vehicles to include in the report, as well as the date, time and time zone; click on the RAW icon to export data.

Quickly Transport Data Into Excel With The RAW Export Option

How to use RAW Export: 

Run the selected report(s) in the Reports Tab. Select the vehicles, date, time, and time zone; click the RAW button option to export data.*
